Daniel started Evolv IT in 2015. He built it into a multi-million dollar company working around the clock. As the company grew, he pulled Mary into the grind to help.
Within a few years they had everything success is supposed to look like: the house, the boats, the vehicles, the revenue. From the outside, they were the dream.
On the inside, they couldn't eat dinner without being on their phones. Their kids were growing up with parents who were always there but never present. Their marriage was coming apart.
One night Mary drove to the beach alone and sat in her car wondering if it was over. That conversation when she came home changed everything.
18 months later — new systems, new leadership team, new culture, new mindset. The business became more profitable. They took 12 vacations in a year. Their marriage is thriving. One of their kids now works at Evolv IT.
